1st Barkston Guides in recent months have grown much smaller. They would like new members to join them so that they can share the fun, adventures, camps, rock concerts with other girls from the area. We accept girls from 10 years old to 16 years. You don't have to have been a member of Girlguiding before but just want to attend a weekly group where you can play games, make things, cook, meet new challenges. 1st Barkston Centenary Senior Section is about to celebrate it's 2nd birthday. Starting in 2010 and called centenary because it was the 100th year of Girlguiding it has a small number of 14 plus girls attending the group. We would like to start meeting again after guides but currently meet at the same times due to the small number of senior section. We have been out to dinner, theatre, rock concerts, follow the senior section programme, fund raise and have a good time doing it.
